Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about the forum, gear, meets, and community rules — no fluff.

How do I post a form-check video?
Upload your video to a hosting service like Streamable or Imgur, then paste the link into a new thread in the "Form Check" board. Include your lift type, bodyweight, and the weight on the bar. Coaches and members typically respond within 24 hours.
Can I sell my used barbell or plates on the forum?
Yes. Use the Equipment Swap board. List the item, condition, asking price, and your city. All transactions are between members — Grappler Athletics does not mediate or guarantee sales. Include clear photos and a rough shipping estimate if you're willing to send outside your city.
What federation rules apply to meet calendars?
We list events from IPF-affiliated federations (EPF, MPF) and local unsanctioned meets. Each calendar entry notes the federation, weight classes, and equipment category (raw, single-ply, or multi-ply). Always confirm with the meet director before registering.
Are there weekly coach Q&A threads?
Yes. Every Tuesday we host a live Q&A thread with certified S&C coaches and experienced powerlifters. Drop your question in the thread — topics range from peaking strategy to nutrition for Indian vegetarian diets. Past threads are archived in the "Coaching Corner" board.
How do I earn a user badge on the forum?
Badges are awarded for activity milestones: 50 posts (Bronze), 200 posts (Silver), 500 posts (Gold). Verified competition lifters get a "Competitor" badge. Coaches and judges receive a "Staff" badge. Badges appear next to your username in threads and profile cards.
What are the rules for sharing training logs?
Create a single thread in the "Raw Lifting Logs" board and update it after each session. Include the date, lift variations, sets, reps, and RPE. Do not spam multiple logs. Members can comment with feedback. Logs older than 6 months without updates may be archived.
